What goes around comes around.

"What has been will be again,
what has been done will be done again;

Some of you will know that before I joined Agapé back in 2002 I had 7 years working in various IT jobs. My speciality was networks, but also getting involved in how IT was managed.

The last two weeks our IT programmer, Chris, has had a very difficult time after an upgrade to the software behind our website (www.agape.org.uk) didn't go according to plan. It's taken all that time to get us back to normal. All our back office systems are heavily integrated and reliant on each other.

I share a responsibility to help IT interface with the rest of Agapé and to help think through how things can be managed differently. It's really a case of what has gone before coming around again.

I thank God that he uses our whole life experiences when serving Him and doesn't compartmentalise as I often do. And, it has been strangely fun, if not stressful, to be more heavily involved in IT again! :)
